After January 31, you must retake the exam and pay the full fee in order to keep using your certification designation.
Recertification for each certificate must be initiated with a separate application and fee.
PayPal is the primary payment method, and we encourage you to use it.

Applicants will receive via email their renewed certificate in about 1-2 weeks after completing the recertification requirements. If you do not receive your certificate in 2 weeks, please contact us at AAQDoctor@gmail.com.
